Return Period

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This applies to new, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. For vintage or second-hand items, returns may be subject to specific conditions, such as the item being faulty or not as described. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused or gently tried on, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused or lightly tried on, with tags attached and in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
